It is the intent of these guidelines to structure a process that leads to thoughtful design, successful construction and quality throughout our community. This document is designed as a supplement to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) for the Hidden Meadows of Cane Creek and are in addition to the existing standards and ordinances of Buncombe County.
Review Process
Once the ARC receives the full submittal package it will review the submitted information and may visit the project site to determine whether the elements, materials, and appearance of the improvements will be appropriate for the community. If no objections or concerns are raised by the ARC, the project will be approved within 30 days.
